84 Year Old Female With Recent Fibrillation. Taking Eliquis For

84 year old female with recent fibrillation. Taking Eliquis for blood thinning. My left ankle swells by early evening. Feet above the heart helps. One doctor says swelling most likely from poor leg veins (recommends support hose during daytime and elevated feet when possible. Another doctor suggest that fibrillation is more likely the cause and treatment for fibrillation is needed. Fibrillation and ankle swelling seems moderate and goes away by morning. Your thoughts?
