8mm calculus is seen in right upper ureter causing right hydronephrosis. Multiple bilateral renal calculi are noted at upper, mid and lower poles of both kidneys. Increased echogenicity of medullary papillae is noted bilaterally suggestive of underlying medullary nephrocalcinosis.
