9 Months Old Having Loose Motions Since 20 Days, Tried Zinconia, Still No Help. Any Advice ?

Hi, my son is 9months old, since last 20 days having loose motion, we consulted many doc, some suggested baciilii , some adcived zinconia..butstill he is having different color poo around 6 times a day....pls advice imworried, my son didnt gained weight since last 2mnths, on mar he was 6.9kg n today he is 7.2kg
We did his stool test on 14th may and reports was normal.

Dear user,

Stop all medicines and continue nourishing him as you have been doing all the time. Since his routine stool is normal, there is less likelihood of persistent infection. You should, however, consider "lactose intolerance" - a sort of temporary milk allergy - which can be corrected by switching over to soya milk for a week or two. If there is lactose intolerance, giving the baby lactose-free milk will stop the motions within hours.
