hello my name and am 9 weeks pregnant, my problem and that after making relations started bleeding at the beginning was little and brown, then came blood and folders, already more than 1 week I m so, I think I ll have one abortion? m very worried because I m not in and I have no money to pay for one doctor, I feel pain when sleeping accompanied by blood and blood folders
hiiii, Welcome to HCM. You are carrying 9 wks pregnancy and present with light bleeding, brown discharge, abdominal pain for 1 wk following sexual intercourse. It is may be due to early abortion bleeding or implantation bleeding or Threatened Abortion. So better to do a USG for FPP for viability of fetus before going to medical abortion if you think so. If it is threatened abortion, then medical treatment and bed rest may improve your pregnancy status. But if there is no sign of fetus viability, then medical abortion is indicated and can be done with Mifepristone or Misoprostol tab. If complete abortion does not occur with medicine, then surgical intrvention (D & E) is needed. So consult with your doctor about your choices.
Be well and tc.
