97 y/o mother fell 6 days ago- ER hip, knee and ankle x-ray negative but continues to have severe pain with weight bearing, lying on back and worsening when laying on side. Mobile x-ray of pelvis and lumbar spine also negative. Due to age and pain considering ambulance transport for cat scan but would probably require sedation to complete. Any suggestions as to cause of pain and treatment options?
