A Centralized Pain About The Size Of A Dime Started

A centralized pain about the size of a dime started two weeks ago on the top of my big toe (it felt almost like a hair being pulled). Over the course of the past two weeks, the pain is now moving up the top side of my foot. Feels like something being pulled only when I point my toes. I have not hurt my foot. There is no visible injury. I do not remember anything being dropped on my foot, etc. It's concerning however because the pain continues to move upward and the area that hurts/pains me continues to get larger and larger in size.
