A couple days after sex my penis started having a tingling sensation. The day after when I looked at it it developed a cluster of little red bumps. These bumps did not really itch and the next day the bumps had white flakes around them which came off when I took a shower. Now the skin just seems like it has peeled in certain areas and the red bumps are mostly gone. I went to urgent care today and got it looked at and the doctor said he doesn't think it is herpes or syphillis but that I should be tested to be on the safe side. What could this be.
