A Couple Of Months Ago, My Wife Had A Device

A couple of months ago, my wife had a device that prevents pregnancy removed from her arm so we could try for our first child together. Within the last 3 weeks, my wife has been experiencing the symptoms of pregnancy. She has nausea, frequent urination, "swollen" vaginal area, and a pulling sensation in her lower abdominal region. She is a very active person, but she has been feeling sluggish. Also, her appetite has picked up. She took a pregnancy test that confirmed that she was pregnant! She took a second pregnancy test a couple days later which also confirmed that she was pregnant. She went to the doctor for the blood test and that came back negative. A little while later, she took another home test that came back negative. However, her symptoms are still there. About a week after this last home test, she went to the doctor for another blood test which came back negative. We are both very concerned about what is happening to her body since she is having these symptoms, but is getting conflicting answers from the doctors vs home testing. What would you advise? Thanks!
