Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
A few hours ago I was at physical therapy for my shoulder. The therapist has me lay down on a table on my back to do a few exercises. When I laid down, I had dizziness. I waited a few minutes till it passed and continued on with the light exercises of just lifting both arms straight up and down to my chest. When done I got up slowly and walked across the room and sat down in a chair to talk with the scheduler about when to come in again. I felt good by then except I began to get a headache in the top front area of my head. I was talking when I suddenly felt a very strong sensation in my head in that area and very strong dizziness. They helped me by suggesting that I lay down and rest for awhile before I tried to drive home. I explained that I do have severe Meniers Disease. I did rest for twenty minutes or so and then I drove to the store and walked slowly to gather just a few groceries and then I drove home. My head has felt strange every since and I've been dizzy still just not as dizzy and a headache on and off and also nauseated.
