A Few Months Ago I Started Feeling Really Sick About

A few months ago I started feeling really sick about 1.5 weeks before my period - around the time of ovulation. I would get cramps, nausea, dizziness, shakiness/fatigue. It would last until the first few days of my period. I was pretty freaked out about it and my anxiety went through the roof. This has happened before ever since I had my first baby but it would go away after a few cycles. Now, I'm 36 and it has been this way for about 5 months. My ob/gyn found a large simple cyst so she removed it along with that ovary and tube in hopes it would solve my problems. No such luck. Blood work is all normal. Evan had an MRI done on my brain because of the dizziness and that was normal. My doctor doesn't know what else to do for me. I'm scared to do the pill and increase chances for breast cancer. I did go on it for 2 months and it didn't help. I get so depressed and I just want to feel normal again. Is there any hope for me or anything I can do?
