A few weeks ago, I had a situation where I wasn't sure if I had removed my tampon or not. I had only worn it for a few hours, went for a walk and came home. Nothing to get it "stuck". I couldn't find this tampon and don't remember taking it out. I searched for it for at least 2 hours in panic. Then developed symptoms of BV. I took antibiotics for that, and noticed it went away. The symptoms slowly appeared again and I have just started a new monthly cycle of my period. I wear super tampons, and have been using them without actual proof that there is nothing stuck in there from my last cycle. I am hesitant now to make an appointment because I am in the middle of my cycle. My question is just a little reassurance or input whether my situation seems possibly serious or just me overthinking it.
