A Few Years Ago During Energetic Sex I Developed A

A few years ago during energetic sex I developed a small tear in my frenulum. It eventually healed (but the "notch" still existed) but recently I experienced this again. I've heard of this surgical procedure that may correct this or possibly some sort of stretching. The problem with the frenuloplasty it does not "appear" to be common in the US or at least its hard for me to decipher who may perform this sort of thing...

When this happens problem occurs it can be rather painful and withholding sexual activity for long periods of time is not really ideal. Any help?
