A Friend Of Mine Was Diagnosed With Pancytopenia 2 Years

A friend of mine was diagnosed with pancytopenia 2 years ago. No treatment was required at that time. No bone marrow biopsy was done. He saw a hematologist. Over the past month he is now complaining of worsening fatigue and his vitiligo has suddenly gotten much worse. Is this any thing to be concerned about?
