A friend said he somehow got fleas and now are in sore open areas. It will crust over and he will pull it off and several we be attached to it. He said he can feel them biting and itching. Had them going on 3 months on lower legs. Saw a PA who said she didn't know what would kill them!!! VA!!! I am a nurse in a different state and I have NEVER heard of this happing. Can you help??
