A New Physician Added Hydroxyzine To My Regiment Of Clonozapam,

A new physician added hydroxyzine to my regiment of clonozapam, trazadone, and sertraline. The combination had been working well before hydroxyzine was added. Why would he add this latest medication? What are possible side effects if I add the newest medication? I don't plan to take it.
