A recent study published in American Journal of Nutrition says that eating an egg a day reduces the chances of stroke by up to 12%, moreover study also revealed it does not either increases the chances of coronary artery diseases. Study as you might know bases upon a meta analysis, involving about 300,000 subjects. Confidence interval is also high. I am perplexed as it hits years old theory that eating egg increases the chances of coronary artery diseases especially the yellow part of it. Please guide
