A Week Ago I Had Taken A Plan B Pill

A week ago I had taken a plan b pill about 24hrs after unprotected intercourse. A I have used TCF vaginal contraceptive gel w/o condom twice within the week. Today I have been urinating with blood and small stringy clots. I though it could be an early “period” from the plan b, but all day I’ve worn a pad and I have no blood on the pad. Only when I urinate. I also have light cramping/pressure in my legs and lower back but not my pelvic area as I would a period. What could cause this? And when should I go get checked out if the bloody urination persists? Could it be from the tcf gel by chance?
