ALT, AST And Triglycerides High. Hypochondriac. Suggest
My alt is 74 my ast is 41 triglycerides 72 my alk phos 50……What could be the reason….I don’t have high cholesterol (164) and everything else on my blood test is pretty optimal. I’m a slight hypochondriac so this is freaking me out. Please help. I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t smoke . I work out regularly and have great blood pressure. I’m concerned and my doctor has yet to get back to me . Thank you so much for your help last year my alt was 10 and my ast was 11.

your alt is slightly high.but lipid profile is normal.your all blood tests are normal.you are non smoker,non alcoholic.you work regularly,your blood pressure normal.then why are you worried?
just avoid fast food,fatty food
check blood for liver function test after 6 months,
thats all.
