Abdominal Cramping, Blood Clots. Had Surgical Abortion Week Ago. Should I Be Concerned?

I had an surgical abortion a week ago today, around an hour ago I felt some abdominal cramping and immediately went to the toliet I passed 10-15 quarter size blood clots...about 30 minutes went by (mean while I was laying down) and I felt the urge again, I went to the toliet and passed 3 larger clots...should I be concerned

You should consult a gynaecologist immediately and get your ultrasonography test done to rule out retained product of conception and get your proper examination done.
