Abdominal Distension With Nausea, Vomiting, Constipation, Done Surgery To Remove Ovaries And Clean The Scar Tissue

I have had severe abdominal distention with nauseua, vomiting, constipation for around a year. I had my gallbladder removed and during that time they found severe endometriosis of the ileo cecal valve. I just had surgery to remove my ovaries and clean up the scar tissue around the bowels. I am still having the same issue and am so frustrated. The doctors and specialists cannot figure out what is wrong with me!

Hi, it appears that you have all the possible surgeries. The thing may be that you can have some adhesions, or the low estrogen could be the cause if these pains, With the fear of the further surgeries you can have psychological pains. You may get the analysis of the harmones done and have to use estrogen .
So i advise you to consult an endocrinologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
