Abdominal Pain Began With Suspected Food Poisoning, History Of IBS. Taking Nefopam And Codeine

I am a 22 year old female who does a manual job and is usually fit and healthy. I ve suffered with abdominal pain for 6 months, beginning with suspected food poisoning . I had mild IBS before, however, these pains are a whole new level. The constant pain is controlled using nefopam and codeine . I ve needed help out of the bath, woken up on the floor after a stabbing/squeezing pain (random and frequent), and eating anything more solid than mashed potato make things worse. I have had blood tests for food allergies , vitamin deficiencies etc. and all of them are o.k. I have had a colonoscopy and ultrasound scan....nothing! I m off work from a job I enjoy and miss, I struggle to bend/lift/pull as it aggravates the pain. I can t go to work on medication that make me drowsy as I operate machinery within my job. Please help!!
