the other day i had bad lower abdominal pains and then i got my period 10 days early. On the first day i had what looked like flesh discharge two different times during that afternoon. This period has been very heavy. My husband and i have been trying to get pregnant for three years now, I lost one baby last year in an tubal pregnancy. What could the flesh part be?

sorry to say but from your history this flesh part and early periods suggest an early abortion.
I advice you to see a gynecologist as soon as possible because if some part of flesh is still left in you it can be hazardous .
