Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Abdominal Pain On Left Side, Spreading To Back, Numb Skin On Stomach. Causes?
I went to the hospital with abdominal pain on my left side the went around to my back. I had every test you can think of with no results. The told me to see my own doctor. They told me to come back in a week if no better. I am still in pain and now have noticed my skin is numb on my stomach on the same side as the pain. Any thoughts as to what this might be?
Abdomen pain has different varieties and reasons. Pain itself is an indication of a deep routed problem. Therefore every physician tries to find the actual cause behind pain. Pathological tests and scans help to determine the exact cause.
You mentioned that you had some tests. What are they? And you did these tests without the prescription of a doctor?
