Good morning Sir, I am Sarvesh. I am from India. Recently i have gone through the whole abdominal scan and in the report the conclusions are: 1. Bilateral renal calculi 2.Intra muscular ill defined hypoechoic lesion in left lateral abdominal wall -> Probably hematoma / Early Abcess. Can you please give me the Suggestions that what should i do now...
You didn't mentioned size and site of renal calculi means in which part of kidney it is situated. You need further investigations to assess function of kidneys. If it is obstructing and causing pain then surgery is the choice. There are also new methods to tackle calculus like lithotripsy. You should consult urosurgeon.
For hypoechoic lesion in lateral abdominal wall,FNAC can be done to see the exact content then definitive treatment can be done. Get well soon.
