Abdominal Swelling, Weight Gain, No Pain, Shortness Of Breath, Skin Warm And Dry, Nausea

My 78 year old mother presents with acute abdominal swelling and girth has grown 3-4 inches. Weight gain of 10lbs overnight. Upon palpation the abdomen is rigid in both upper quadrants and left side feels like bubble wrap under the skin, but complains only of discomfort; no pain. Shortness of breath, but resp norm and chest rise equal and clear. Onset was 2 weeks ago from a fall, but no syncope , Static BP is 148/78, O2 sats 98%RA, pulse 68, skin warm and dry, bowel sounds present. Nausea, no vomiting. Can t get her to go to the ED. What s your best diagnosis?
