i was lying in bed and i could hear my heart beating i was lying on my left side and i do have a defibulator what is up with this should i worry i am a worrier anymore
When you lay on your left side, your chest is pressed closer to the heart walls, so when the heart beats, you will feel it much stronger than laying on any other position. The ICD you have should protect you from any abnormal rhythms, and unless your heart is racing, there is nothing to be worried about.
