Abnormal Period, Sore Breast, Pain And Tenderness. Advice?
Hello first like to say thanks for responding...I ve been concerned lately about whether or not I might be experiencing per menapause or pregnancy...I had my menstral on the 18 th of Oct...it was normal I believe for two days and then it just stopped abruptly and I only saw blood when I wiped for to more days...my breast was sore a wee k before I came on then...the pain left when my cycle came on...however...a week after my abnormal period...my breast have been extremely sore...I woke up to sharp pains earlier this week and it not even this bad when I m coming on and have tenderness...I also took a pregnancy test last not and the results said not pregnant...which is makin me a little nervous now...cause the breast tenderness is so obvious that I don t want my husband to even touch them...last but not least I know I need a physical aswell...Do you have any advice....I just hope it s nothing serious...thanks...

It looks as though you are experiencing some hormonal imbalance. If you are above 40, you may have entered the perimenopausal age, thereby predisposing you to various subtle changes. Since your pregnancy test is negative, you may wait for the next cycle, or you may see your doctor for a checkup. Breast tenderness is due to water logging that is caused by prostaglandins.
