Abortion, Computerized Assisted Semen Analysis Done, Can Any Online Doctor Help Me On This?
hi,.I am married 9 month...and my wife had abortion in the first trimester after 2 months from our marriage as a routine investigation i had done CASA ( computerized assisted semen analysis ) that shows :
concentration :104.1 (passed), count:104.1 (passed), progressive motility %:12.1(failed), motile ratio %:21.7(failed),morphological normal sperms %:8.33, TZI:3.8 ,SDI:3.5, VOLUME 1 ML............I AM 30 YEARS ...there are any investigation or treatment to be done ?

Hi,
There seems to be a problem in motility,. The number of sperm is normal. Motility can be affected by stress or undernutrition. You may take multivitamins and ease up your mind or refrain from stressful situations or tasks at work.
The fact that your wife got pregnant shows that there was no problem in fertility before. So this could just be a temporary problem.
Stay healthy. Then do repeat semen analysis.
