About 3 Weeks Ago I Had A Routine Blood Draw

About 3 weeks ago I had a routine blood draw the day after I had an iv rituximab treatment in the same arm. The lab tech must've hit a nerve, because as soon as the needle went in, I felt a burning electric shock pain in my wrist. It went away, but came back later that night. It still comes back everytime I stretch or turn it the wrong way. Is there something I can do to help with the pain. I have itp so I can't take nsaids. I also have autoimmune issues and am currently taking oxycodone and morphine which don't help the pain. I tried ace bandages, but they haven't really been helping. Would heating pads help, or is there something else I can do? Do I need to see a specialist?
