About 5-6 Years Ago I Was Given A Diagnosis Of

About 5-6 years ago I was given a diagnosis of a tortuous esophagus. The 2nd week of January I came down with an acute maxillary sinusitis infection. I am now on my 2nd round of antibiotics. I have been experiencing pain in the center of my chest as well as a great deal of pain swallowing. Feels like something is stuck in my throat/chest area. Would it be advisable to contact my gastroenterologist? I finish my latest round of antibiotic tomorrow but do not feel it has helped.
