About 8 Wks Ago I Accidentally Stabbed The Palm Of

About 8 wks ago I accidentally stabbed the palm of left hand right under ring finger with knife trying to remove avocado pit. It bled I used alcohol to clean and kept clean and bandange for 3 days until all signs of blood gone. All seemed to be ok until about 3 weeks ago the ring finger started swelling and I had to remove my wedding ring and then the finger starts to curl towards palm like it has a mind of its own I gently move the finger back to normal and I feel and hear a "pop" sound. I am using cold and heat 3 times a day and gently massaging the hand and palm and finger. It just does not seem to be healing. The skin looks fine no redness or open sore or signs of infection.
