About a week ago, i feel and hit my shin (right under the knee) on a concrete block. Immedietly after a hug pump appeared along with a minor scratch that was bright blue. The bump is still there today and is very sensitive to touch, and i will have sudden onset pain , the pain is best described as if someone is ripping my shin apart ( like tug- a war). The pain is also more of a burning pain. Other than the other issues im having is :
- leg and ankle is swollen , along with the area that i had injured
-I have bad bruising that keeps spreading around my leg and has now spread to my ankle. The darker bruising that keeps spreading through around my leg is worse than the bruising by the injured area.

So did I just badly bruise my bone or is it a small hair line fracture? And is there anything i should be concerend about?
