About A Year Ago I Had A Growing Indentation That

About a year ago i had a growing indentation that seemed to have maxed out at about medium egg sized on my left upper buttock/lower back that took about a year to fill mostly back in. Now i have one on the right side that is closer to the hip bone in the upper right buttock/lower back that has grown larger than the previous one and is aprox 4 inches wide by 3 inches high and deep enough i can roll my knuckles in it. There seems to be no pain papitating it just like the previous one, its just continuing to grown in size instead of finally refilling over a 6 month period. I'm being tested for autoimmune issues such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis but my doctor is doubtful as my blood panels in the past have all come back average. I do have unexplained lymph node swellings and tend to feel ill/flu like often with no definitove causes. And I get regularly tested for TB and HIV as i have worked in nursing homes and in our local university. The indentations are just the newest symptom im dealing with but since there is no pain im reluctant to bring it up w my gp right now as I am abit embarassed and more concerned with the reoccurring symptoms we are searching for answers now with.
