About Six Months Ago My Right Eye Vision Had Improved

About six months ago my right eye vision had improved from -2.25 to -1.50 and my close up vision without glasses in my right eye became blurry for a few weeks, then seemed to go closer to my normal. Now for about the last month my vision has changed back to the -1.50. I work for an optometrist and have had every test that we have in our office, Potomac, visual field test, pressure check and have been dilated. I am not diabetic.. Any ideas?
