About Two Months Ago Me And My Gf Were Having

About two months ago me and my gf were having sex and my penis came out and hit her in the back causing server pain for a couple days as well as severe bruising in my gooch area and up the middle of my testicles. While the bruising went away in the gooch area, the bruising up the middle of my testicles has been coming and going since then, and recently my testicles have felt tender. I havent peed blood and my ejaculations are normal. What might be the problem and should i see a doctor or am i just re-fracturing my penis and need to stop having sex for a while in order for it to get better?
