About two weeks ago I was washing myself in the shower and pulled my foreskin back to wash. Almost immediately I felt a jolt of pain and quickly finished my shower. I figured I had the glans of my penis, just where the rim of the glans meets the shaft. Now I have red spots up near my urethra, they don't hurt or itch just look very gross.
