Hi, I am a 27 year old female I have no period for 7 months have been to the obgyn they confirmed thst I wasn't pregnant. I've lost over 50 pounds in the past 7 message months I have no appetite lower stomach pain, also pain under my right ribs. I get bad migraines and lower back pain. I can have breakfast and throw it back up before bed. I've developed bad anxiety have no health insursnce and dont know whst to do. Also I have a one in a half year old son via c-section.
Hi.. Thanks for the query.. When once the pregnancy is ruled out, we need to focus on other causes of irregular periods.. Get a thyroid profile done as it is also common cause for irregular periods.. Get an ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis to rule out any PID or uterine causes.. Get a general health check up also done to know any other problems.. Don't be anxious.. Whatever the problem is, it can be treated when once a proper diagnosis is made.. Take care... Will be available for further queries...
