Accident Causing L1 Mild Wedge Compression, L12 Cured, Not D12 Compression, Advised Exercise. Best Treatment?

I got an accident before six months on that time doctor says you got L1 mild wedge Compression, and they are advised me to take one month rest and take IFT , Later now they are saying L1 is now cured but D12 wedge compresion is occured so do exercise (Extension exercise for dorsal Spine ) for one Month , It will cure. I want the real scenario behind it or any best treatment for this...

Firstly I want to know that how you or your doctor know that whether compression is cure or not. Have you done MRI or X-ray. If not than go for MRI dorsolumber spine. It will clear all the picture of the injury whether cured or not.
Secondly that you have any symptoms like pain on walking or changing posture or numbness in any area below lumber region. If symptoms are present than you need a complete bed rest till the symptoms subsides and go for MRI scan.
You can take analgesic and calcium supplements for better healing. Wear lumbosacral belt.

usually exercise alone does not cause wedge compressions of the vertebra, unless u are osteoporotic i.e. ur bones are not very thin or weak. so get a bonedensitometry and a serum D3 levels done. and if it is creating a lot of pain u may undergo percutaneous vertebroplasty,
