Acheing In Joints, Elevated Inflammation Markers In Blood, But Blood

Acheing in joints, elevated inflammation markers in blood, but blood test says that I don't have RA. My hands, knees, shoulders and feet have dull aching that is worse after prolonged resting periods and in the morning. Once I take some ibuprophen and get moving I do fine until I sit for a while.
