Acid Reflux, Pain In Lower Left Rib, Cough, Burning Throat, Vomiting Orange Oily Stuff, Gas, Bad Breath. On Prilosec. Suggest

Hi I have been having acid reflux I take Prilosec but the other day I had a bad lower left rib Pain like a heart attack then woke up coughing with a buring throat couldn't get rid of it I don't have any easy gag reflex so I have to make myself throw up I did that and I threw up a bunch of orange oily stuff I have done that before after eating and usually there isn't really any food just the orange stuff during this time I get gassy and it stinks along with bad breath I also have had bad pains for days on my upper rt side just below my ribs

These all symptoms are suggestive of reflux esophagitis, color of vomiting could be a food, (Meal) esophagitis symptoms are very similar to cardiac pain and some time mimic angina , in my opinion it has to be differentiate and for that ekg is the best mean, for better result of reflux disease you can try omeprazole 40 mg one tab. at evening time for six week.
