Acidity, Headache, Gas Release. Taking Omaze Powder. Help
Hi, i am 32yrs old, Female having these frequent acidity headaches and lot of gas release(odourless). i feel, particularly more when i eat sweets made from mava, it leads to acidity headaches and i get relief only after i consume Omaze powder diluted in water. It has also happened on the days when i dont consume sweets. i have started writing my diet charts and i realised that my water intake has been less but less intake has happened earlier too and i never had such high frequency of acidity headaches. please advise.
Thanks for your query. High levels of acidity can cause headaches, heartburn, chest pain, gas problems. Taking pain killers is going to worsen the reflux. Overeating of oily foods can cause indigestion leading to headcahes. Avoid fatty, fried, spicy and acidic foods. Eating 5-6 small meals instead of three large meals will help. Have an early supper, atleast 3 hours before going to bed. Elevating head end of the bed will decrease the acid reflux. Drink plenty of water. Eat curds, which is rich in probiotics. Take any over the counter anatcids like omez, on empty stomach for 2 weeks. Hope these lifestyle changes help you.
