Acne, Heat Rashes, Dry Skin, Oily Skin. Treatment For Skin Problems?
hi....i am medical graduate...i am gonna married in september 2012 n i have acne n heat rash on my chest and this is problem from 2 year and sometimes i am confused either it is acne or heat rash because this is happened in summer mostly...kindly give me advice and treatment..and 1 thing sometimes my skin dry and sometimes oily...

Hi misbah,
The problem what you encounter is Miliaria rubra due to heat and sweat retention.Bathe twice daily and wear only cottonwears which absorbs sweat and topical calamine lotion for soothing effect and oral VitC tablets once daily with pricklyheat powders after bathing.
