Acute Bronchitis. Suffer From Nose Bleeds,excess Mucus Discharge. Had Pneumonia In The Past. Cure?

I was recently hospitalised with acute bronchitus i am now at home and have been having nose bleeds when i blow my nose. I also have been noticing that i take a lot of mucus from the bak of my throat into my chest which i think is the cause of the repeated chest infections that i have been having. I also had pneumonia last year.
