Recovery from an addiction is difficult and it would be even harder for you to do without the support of your friends and family.
If you don't want to involve all of your friends or family ,then you should pick at least a few persons that you can trust and speak to. They will help not condemn you.
Then you can go to a nearby drug addictioncounselling centre and speak to a counsellor. If you are unsure where to go, speak to your doctor, he or she would be able to refer.
Though it would be difficult, it is important to try to free yourself from this addiction.
I hope this helps
