Respected doctor sir i am in a serious problem . Actually when I was 15 yrs old accidentally I got seminal fluid . from then it was a joy for me producing it so i did it so many times more than 100 times just in a span of two years i did not understand its complications then but now i am 17 and my problem is my seminal fluid has become very diluted and i got used to produce it without even my sense . It has gone to such an extent that morning when i see my pant i come to know that i have done that in sleep unknowingly. now even in my urine i find some traces of semen . Sir please help me to get out of this problem. I will be very thankful to you if you do so
