Advice Me On My Current Health Status And Its Treatment
My spleen is enlarge,platelets count on lower side,bilurobin high,diabetic,uric acid low from normal range,I have got treatment of hapatitus C through 24 injections and successfully cured in march 2012.Now advice me my current health status and its treatment.

The reports are indicative of cirrhosis of liver/ decompensated liver disease with probable portal hypertension. Here are my suggestions
1. Approach a gastro enterologist and get an endoscopy done to rule out varices
2. Get a coagulation profile done for PT, PTT, INR to know the activity of the liver
3. The best investigation at the moment would be a liver biopsy to know the condition of your liver
