Hello and welcome to health care magic.
I will analyse it step by step.
Your volume is adequate - only 2 ml is needed.
Sperm count is low - 20 million is needed ; you have only 12.8
Motility is good - only 50% is needed ;you have 61 %motile sperms
About morphology - at least 15% normal sperms are needed and you have 20%

So overall it's suggestive of low sperm count. There can be different causes like varicocele, abnormal antibodies, hormonal imbalances, surgical obstructions, environmental factors like exposure to xrays, intake of certain drugs.
So as next step will try to find out the cause and treatment depends on the causative factor.
