Advise On Problem With Adnexacystic Mass On Ovary

SINCE OUR FIRST ISSUE HAD MISCARRIAGE AT 24 WEEKS ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. AND NO SURGERY REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY. NOW WE WANT TO HAVE A BABY. BUT RECENT MEDICAL TEST FOUND THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM ADNEXA- CYSTIC MASS WITH LOW LEVEL ECHOS WITHIN IS SEEN, ONE ON EACH OVARY (RT 4.3*2.7 CM, LT 8.6*5.00CM). NOW WHAT WE SHOULD DO?
