After 2 days of walking barefoot on the beach I have pretty severe pain on the outside edges of both feet up into my ankle occasionally. It feels better when I walk on the balls of my feet but hurts the most if I stand still at all then start walking again. I have iced, soaked, elevated, massaged, flexed and pointed. There was some redness on the outside edge of my foot when I woke up, but that is gone. Still very painful after 24 hours of resting them, any advice?
