Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

Your girl friend must be having irregular periods .This needs to be evaluated because the main reason for irregular periods can be usage of oral contraceptive pills especially emergency contraceptive pills , or hormonal imbalance or PCOS.

It is important for her to visit her Gynecologist and get examined and evaluated. If the cause is known treatment options can be provided.

Take care.
